Dr. Anna M. Pastwa is an Assistant Professor at the University of Warsaw, Digital Economy Lab (DELab). Currently, she investigates the economic and technical foundations of progress in computing as a postdoctoral researcher at the FutureTech Research Project at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL), and the Sloan School of Management Initiative on the Digital Economy. She earned her Ph.D. in Business Economics and holds an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from KU Leuven in Belgium. Her interdisciplinary research interests include the economics of artificial intelligence, the impact of transformative technologies on economic growth, entrepreneurial finance, and risk management.
