Head of International Relations & Trade Policy, Nokia

Julia Jasinska is the head of  international relations and trade policy in the government relations team of Nokia. Based out of Brussels, she is responsible for Nokia’s CXO (CEO and members of the board) engagements with governments, international organizations and others on policy matters. She is coordinating multiple engagements of Nokia with the World Economic Forum and the UN Broadband Commission for Sustainable Development. In addition to that, she is the leading trade policy expert at Nokia. Besides her day job at Nokia, Julia is vice-chair of the Market Access Working Group at Digitaleurope.

Prior to that role, as Head of Regulatory Affairs and Trade Policy at NSN, she was working on development of new European regulations impacting telecommunications and digital sphere.

Before joining Nokia/NSN, Julia was responsible for trade policy matters at Digitaleurope, the association of the tech sector in Europe. She also used to work as a Public Relations consultant back in Warsaw, at Raczkiewicz Checzke Consultants. Julia obtained a Masters degree in International Relation with specialization in Economic Relations from University of Warsaw and Masters in European Politics and Policies from University of Leuven. She also studied in Italy, at the University of Florence.
