Dr. Krzysztof Malesa – expert in the field of crisis management, critical infrastructure protection and resilience. In 2010-2021, he worked in the Government Center for Security, performing tasks related to servicing the Council of Ministers, the Prime Minister and the Government Crisis Management Team. He was the head of the Polish delegation in the NATO Civil Emergency Planning Committee and the national delegate in the working group preparing the European Union Directive on Critical Entities Resilience (CER).
Krzysztof Malesa graduated in Baltic philology at the University of Warsaw, where he also obtained a PhD in linguistics. He is a sworn translator of the Lithuanian language.
