As the General Director of the Main Data Processing Centre of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., he manages the work of the Branch responsible for providing IT tools and developing IT systems in the KGHM Group. He has many years of managerial experience. His priority is an effective team focused on innovation and continuous development. In his career, he managed the construction and implementation of security policies in Polish and international organizations: the Industrial Development Agency, Orange, BGŻ Bank, Alior Bank and Ciech SA. He worked for over a decade at the Ministry of National Defense, where he was responsible for among other: the assessment and selection of technology and special equipment, security of information constituting a state secret, as well as the continuity of the operation of a computer network with the required special reliability.
