A graduate of the Electronics Department of the Wrocław University of Technology. Leader of the first localgovernment project in Poland to create a Shared IT Services Center (CUI) in Wrocław, then expanded to include financial services for 250 municipal units. A precursor of organizational changes at the Faculty of Computer Science of the Wroclaw City Office, enabling the transformation from the technical department to the service department, providing services in accordance with ITIL (ISO20000). Creator and co-creator of projects important for the city of Wrocław, including: modernization of the data transmission network for the municipal office, construction of two modern server rooms, launching the MAN-Wrocław a fiber-optic network connecting almost 300 municipal units. Obtaining the status of telecommunications operator JST, launch, management and modeling of the "City Internet" project - wireless free internet for residents. A visionary of a “digital municipality”, he implemented in CUI both Electronic Data Interchange of letters and more complex financial documents. For some time, "Adviser to the President of Wroclaw on Information Technology and Cybersecurity". Currently, he develops his career in a company with American capital focused on cybersecurity in the US army and government, as the Board's Advisor on Cybersecurity
